set up an account and then fill in the online application.
The online form that students fill out includes requests for names and
email addresses of their references. When they submit their application,
their letter writer will receive an email with a link to upload a reference
letter. (There is a note explaining this to applicants a with the following
instructions: "Be sure to have your recommender allow emails from
submittable.com or check their spam folder to ensure they receive your
request.")
Its relatively simple and if applicants have any questions, they can send
them to [log in to unmask] and they will receive a quick response on the
weekdays.
