Hi TOK List,

Here is a strongly critical analysis of the current college administrative structure that focuses especially on what the author considers the bloat of diversity related offices and initiatives. Although she is significantly more conservative than I am on these issues, it is an argument that I think all who are concerned about the current structure of academic institutions should be aware of.
