On Wednesday we had an Emerge meeting where we invited Ukrainians in our

One of the people who spoke on Wednesday was Lecturer, entrepreneur and
civil society leader Valerii Pekar who gave a particularly astute analysis.

Valerii is based in Kyiv, so I was keen to speak further quickly. He didn't
have much time to prepare the following, but he gives a short slide lecture
below and then we have some questions. If you are interested in some of the
deeper currents of what's happening in Ukraine, It's well worth your time.
