The same is true with liberal AND conservative; both perspectives and viewpoints hold merit - and when we're unable to see that, we each move further into polarization and othering. No one EVER changed their belief structures b/c of judgment or shame. Our world needs a heck of a lot more mutual understanding and compassion right now - and I believe it's the only way forward.
