Hi TOK Folks,
  I have now had several stimulating conversations with Jordan Hall and we are now aligning in our language/vision systems. He is working on an interesting concept called "the civium" which basically attempts to understand the best "smart growth/connection" features of the city and see if we can cultivate a virtual world that enables those elements to spread and strengthen (while we also cultivate healthy communities for our materially grounded relational/physical spaces.

  A feature of the civium in Hall's thinking is a concept called "the transcendent operator," which is an idea for pulling together the needed patterns, values and algorithms at appropriate level of abstraction to generate an integrated pluralistic referent and operator that enables the Digital Meta-Cultural Transcendent be realized.

  In the language of the ToK/TOK unified metapsychology, this is the iQuad coin and the path through the 5th joint point so that we start to construct the "13th floor" that will scaffold us into the 5th Dimension of existence (i.e., Digital MetaCulture). (This is what the 13th floor video gets at in the attached list of educational videos).
