Judging by the descriptions, I'm most impressed with the Power Threat Meaning Framework. It sounds like a much needed alternative to the DSM (which is hyper-focused on blaming individuals on their struggles), by instead focusing on the institutional context within which we live, by focusing on the possibility that people's so-called "mental illness" might often be a healthy response to a sick world.

Thank you for this, Gregg. The variant nosologies of psychopathology are fascinating. There does seem to be a tacit implication that one is obligated to choose one. This is a false choice as each describes a different, and often related, facet of a very complicated subject.Much more useful is the understanding that each are applicable.
Best regards,
Waldemar
