Hi All,
  I just wanted to send a note of appreciation, first to Kacey for broaching the topic of the climate on the list with me and then for processing it and generating the idea of Women's week starting Mother's day. I also thank Joan, Adriana, Rhea, Ali, and everyone else who shared your reflections. I felt it expanded the culture of the list and deepened the sense of community. I hope that will continue going forward.
