Gregg,

I favor simpler logos, for example the Nike checkmark and the Amazon Smile.

My only suggestion is to begin with ToK, extend the upward leg of the K into an upward arrow, and style the T as a Tree.

(I lack the creative energy and talent to illustrate this.)
