Joe,

I find myself agreeing with you more and more that reductionism is
ultimately counter-productive.  By contrast, the idea of "honoring" the
layers of influence/complexity, as are broadly mapped by the ToK, seems
more practically useful and potentially harmonizing (!).

Knowing that I am ultimately an energy information wave is interesting, and
yet I still have to engage in pro-social activities that provide relational
value in order to feel complete as a *person.  *
