As long as the introductions are very short, like each just saying their name, you will be fine. In some of the judging rooms the judges may take some time to introduce themselves. A quick "Would you like us to introduce ourselves?" or "Do we have time to introduce ourselves?" from the team will make it very clear. If the judges think time is pressing, they may say something like "As long as it is quick". We do tell the judges that there is this two-minute period at the start for introductions, so you should be OK.

Can a team come in and each team member  introduce themselves during the two minute  "Welcome."

We don't want the judges to think that introduction is part of the Project Presentation. The time used to start when the team entered the room.

Our team is hoping the judges will tell them when to start each timed presentation (project and robot design) or prompt them on each part of the flowchart.
