Is there a specific requirement that states the robot need to be back in the base at the end of clock (2 mins and 30 seconds). I did not seem to find one?

Does this mean robot can be anywhere on the table and when the clock hits 2.5 mins ?, then the match ends. Team gets points on the completed missions + any penalties associated.
