Leyla's team has a nice technical question--I haven't seen this one before!

Yes--while preparing the Robot for a Launch, the team Technicians may pick
up things that are completely in Home and put them down in the Launch Area,
even if they pass through the airspace over a part of the Field that is not
Home or the Launch Area. Generally speaking, the Technicians are allowed
to handle objects that are totally in Home, which includes picking them up
and putting them down somewhere else that is allowed. They probably won't
want to cause an Interruption by doing that, of course.

I would not slide objects along the mat outside of Home and the Launch Area
for several reasons, including rules 22 and 23. Your referee will likely
object, and your result may vary on different tables.
