Does anyone know if the official FLL forum is active?.  In the past the 
forum has been an invaluable resource for understanding the mission 
rules and from what I can remember it usually becomes active on or near 
the challenge announcement date.  I do see there is a "forums" section 
on the FLL site: 
http://firstlegoleague.org/community/forum/allforums.aspx ..  but it 
says "coming soon".  
I'm wondering if I am looking in the right place.
