I apologize if I'm asking a question that has already been answered. The Div 1 / Div 2 is only a local division right? Those teams that move forward, their competition doesn't have divisions? So for the teams competing this year, if the kids were 11 or younger on Jan 1st 2018 then they are in Div 1 for the competitions in November?
