>> We understand that you can push a robot off the bridge in order to raise
the flags. We are wondering if you can flip the robot off the bridge since
collision isn’t an issue this year. Or do we have to force them off by
pushing or find another way to stay on the bridge?

I'm not sure that I fully understand this question. If the question is
"are there limits on how our Robot can collide with the other team's Robot
while we are both trying to get points for the Flags?" then, no, your Robot
may do any otherwise allowable action, as long as it is clear that any
collision is due to your Robot trying to raise one or more Bridge Flags.

The Mission does not say anything like "you may only push the other Robot
back the way it came from" or specify what types of collisions are
allowable, other than to indicate that allowable collisions are due to
trying to earn Flag points.

Update RG12 makes it fairly clear that any allowable collision will be
Robot on Robot. There's no apparent reason why your Robot would be
bringing some separate piece of team Equipment with it as part of trying to
score Flag points, so a Robot-Equipment collision would probably be
Interference.
