As Lloyd said, yes, you may bring more than one robot (= robot controller)
to a tournament. No, you may only use a single robot during any single
match. Rule 4 tells about the limitations on what the team may use as part
of their robot and during a tournament:
RULE 4 - EQUIPMENT
-- You may not use more than one robot in any one match, but it’s okay to
use a different robot in a different match.
-- CONTROLLERS - You are allowed a maximum of one controller in the
competition area in any one match.
-- Spare electrical parts are allowed in the PIT area. [This means that
your team must leave any extra controllers in the Pit area during a
competition match.
