Like racehorses, we'll treat all children born in the same year as being
the same age for determining the Virginia-DC FLL Division.  The key date is
January 1 of the year the Challenge was released, which is January 1, 2018
for Into Orbit.  So, any team with members born in 2005 or earlier will
compete in Division 2.
