There is a team, TechnoDragons, in KG that is part of the local 4H group.
I will forward you the contact information I have for them to you.  There
is also quite a bit of activity in Fredericksburg.  If the KG team doesn't
work out let me know and I will ask around to see if there is another team
in Fredericksburg.
