FLL. You might want to update the FAQ to indicate clock starts when door closes. It indicates 5 mins does NOT include set up time.

"At a FLL Tournament you have 5 minutes time (actual presentation time, not set up time) to present your results to the jury."

Each judging session last 10 minutes. For project each team has 5 minutes to present there project then there are 5 minutes for Q&A. The first 5 minutes for presentation start as soon as the door closes and includes any setup.
