I believe the minimum is 3 kids.

Obviously the head ref may tell me that the rules have changed, but I
know that at least in previous years, there was no minimum.

10 is the max; I remember a team with two at a tournament, so fear not.
Any “minimum” would, I’m sure, but written in pencil, to encourage
inclusiveness.

Dear All,
My team has only 5 kids and I thought the max was 10 but never read
something regarding a minimum of 6. Please, let me know if I'm mistaken
on this.
Thank you,
Mrs. Cortes

I am the coordinator of our school's teams. I have a couple of teams
that only have 6 kids on them. I know we need 6 kids in order to
compete, but what happens if one of the kids should fall ill on the
day
of the competition? Will the team be ineligible to compete?
