The exception rule indicates Sewage (Ex. waste water, human or animal excrement) should not be included. I would not considered trace water waste water unless it has excrement or goes through a water treatment plant. If the trace water is free of excrement and is not treated, it should be good to explore.

Subject: [VADCFLL-L] project research question
One of our FROGBOTICS teams wants to know if they can "trace" run off into water / streams as a pollutant for their project?
One of our students has done quite a lot of research on it , so please let us know asap.
THANKS
KIKI
