Set up your table in a place once...in a place you do not have to move it.
This just allows you to maximize your meeting time.
Time isn't taken up while you transport the table back and forth plus setting up the missions over and over ...

We weighing the options of building a practice table. Do you leave your table
up all the time even when you aren't meeting? If we meet at a library meeting
room, we will have to transport it every time. Any suggestions?
