If you are not able to add a team member, the issue is likely this…

  *   In the pop up box where team member data is added, under the “Select a Team” field… be sure to..
     *   Type in the TEAM NUMBER (not team name)
     *   Wait for the drop down menu and select from there

This connects the team member to the team.
