That may work for some tournaments, and that's great. Remember also though that there are two divisions and in some tournaments first and second place winners in several categories. Would you restrict the presentations to just the top place winners in each from each division? Looking at the minimum there, it will easily be another half hour added on the end of the day.
I'm not saying this isn't possible...just something else to consider.
