Your tournament should provide you a schedule of when your team's
activities will occur.

Team-scheduled practices on the Pit tables are typically signed up for on
the day of the event.  IMPORTANT--the scheduled "Practice Round" is on the
main competition tables and not on the tables in the Pit.

Most tournaments just need one adult to check in for the entire team, and
provide all the consent forms and a copy of the team information.

Your tournament director should be providing you specifics before the
tournament.
