Yes, I realize it said not to put dual lock on top of the wall. However,
without it, the tower was not staying up for long periods of time.

I'm new to the program, so could be missing some reason that I really
shouldn't have done this. But that was the simplest way to get the tower up
to stay, and didn't seem to impact the height of the tower.

Just to note, the Field Setup tells us *not* to put Dual Lock on the top of
the wall:

CARGO PLANE DEPARTURE END - This model is Dual Locked to the top of the
south border wall as shown. Place the east corner of its base 56-1/2"
(1435mm) from the inside surface of the east border wall. Apply full
coverage of Dual Lock to the inside of the vertical wall under the tower and
press it into place against the outside of the south border wall. Do not put
Dual Lock on top of the wall.

Also to note, at the bottom of page 11, the Field Setup notes:

"TOURNAMENT ORGANIZERS SHOULD TAKE EXTRA STEPS TO SECURE THE TOWER TO THE
WALL."

I do not know what we will recommend for VA/DC FLL tournaments yet, other
than massive amounts of Dual Lock.

I had to dual lock on the top of the side wall, as well as the side of the
wall. That seemed to do the trick.

But, also, I don't have the plane hanging on the line at the top, except
when we're working with it.

We have really not had any issue with ours staying in place. We used
dual-lock, and ours seems to be holding up.
