For Mission 5, the Treehouse mission, the team may use as many of the
Building Units (red, blue, white, tan) as they think they can.

Rule 21, Launch Sequence, allows your team Technicians to arrange Equipment
and Mission Models in the Launch Area "as you like".  This includes being
allowed to load them on the Robot as Cargo, as well as placing them on the
Mat for the Robot to manipulate.  The number of things for the Robot to use
is up to you.  The only restrictions are that the Robot, its Cargo, and any
other objects must fit completely in the Launch Area, and they cannot be
touched or moving. so that your team can Launch the Robot.
