For mission 01 this is pretty straightforward. The referee is going to look and see where the red beam is. If the red beam is on top of or overlapping the black beam then no that mission would not count. If the red beam is completely to the right meaning not overlapping then yes it would count.

If you stand where the launch areas are to the south of the board and look to your left at mission 01, you can see in the starting position the red beam is clearly to the left of the black beam and for the scoring position it needs to be from the right from that perspective.

The rule book says 'If the #D cinema's small red beam is completely to the right of the black frame' - what does 'completely to the right of black frame mean' - the black frame shoudl be visible? or is an overlap allowed ? completely to the right of left edge of the black frame, or completely to the right of the right edge of the black frame
