That's very difficult, because it means building a schedule around one team. You would want to talk to the tournament director. Whether such an accommodation is practical depends on the size of the tournament and so forth.

Is there any way I can request to have our presentation after lunch?  We have one team member who has a piano recital in the morning, and we would love for him to be able to do both that day.  Who would I contact to find if I can do that or to make such a request to?
