The robot can end anywhere on the table when the match is done.  Once the
match is done the team should wait till the referees tell them to pick up
their robot and attachments.  if the robot keeps moving once the match clock
goes to zero, the referees will ascertain what was accomplished in the
official run and NOT count points that may be scored after the time is up.

There is no penalty for picking up the robot when the match is done. But
wait for the all clear so that you don't negate any score that the team
might have achieved.
