Last year I was a coach for Jr. FLL team. This year my team wants to participate in FLL. I tried subscribing on VADCFLL list serv, for some reason I am not getting any subscription email. Is there someone I need to contact?

Quick Question:
All the kids in my team turned 9 before January 1st 2018, except couple who turned 9 in April 2018. Are they eligible to participate in FLL? Sorry I had to post this question in Jr. FLL because of the technical difficulties I have in subscribing on VADCFLL list serv.
