Hello,

I had the same impression as Nik, in that the context was unclear. I do
wonder about his principle regarding no hierarchy or organizational
structure, as that seems to lack a necessary component of how something
such as what he seems to propose would emerge. Especially in the context of
translation to governmental policy. Without some sort of hierarchy and
supervision agenda, how would well-intentioned interests and ideas of the
young people who propose them pass up to the level of social policy and
eventually be implemented in a reasonable way? Is making enough random
noise sufficient, and how is that noise translated if not through
hierarchies of competence?

Best,

Cole
