It's been some time since I was a Mindstorms coach but back then this was a
very strict time limit.  If you go over you risk being cut off.  They have
to stick to the time limits to stay on schedule. Your team should be able to
hit the key highlights of their design within the allotted time. it's good
practice for the real world!
