Release of lever for Cargo Plane does not result in plane reaching Yellow 
or Lt. Blue zone.  We have strenghened the zip line tower with velcro 
strips and tightened the zip line.  What should we expect on the 
competion table at the tournament regarding distance plane will travel? 
Should we plan to have the robot give the plan a boost to get it into 
scoring zone??
