You can also just do screen captures and embed those in power point. This
makes it easier to break up your program into understandable sections.
If you're using windows 7 there's a nice snipping tool that can help with
this.

Print in . rtf format and then either insert file in Power Point or cut and
paste images from the .rtf file.
You may have to scale image based on kids preference (my team used landscape
format).
Learned few tricks from kids while being creative.

I tried printing out the programs, but I must be doing something wrong. All
I see is little boxes.
What do I need to do to make the program print the details?

Some kids have placed there printed out programs with pictures and some
written documentation into a nice binder. They hand that to the Judges and
the judges can review it after the session. If you want it back for next
years example, mark the Team Info sheet that you want it back.
This goes the same for the Project Presentation documents.

What kind of materials are we supposed to provide the judges
regarding robot design? I see the bottom of the team info sheet has a
check box indicating that your team has enclosed robot design
supporting materials. I understand you provide them with printouts of
the programs, and I have printouts from our research, but isn't the
robot itself the supporting materials for robot design?
