Question on Core Extraction

Hi there!

I just have a final quick question as it relates to the core extraction.  What if the team gets all of their core back to base, but part of the robot it still sticking out of base when they pick it up?  Do they still get all the mission points?  Do they face a penalty if part of the bot is still outside?
